Alice Harvey is a derby based jazz singer who could bring a touch of magic to your event. Her voice is astounding and her music is infectious. Her infuences are wide but her main ones are are the great jazz singers of yesterday including Dinah Washington, Ella Fitzgerald and Nina Simone. Her repertoire covers the great jazz standards from the 'Great American Songbook' but she also performs smome of the more contemporary jazz classics.

A considerable amount of Alice's performing consists of her a duo with Surrey based jazz pianist Eugene Portman. This duo formation is frequently augmented to include bass, drums and sax when required. Alices singing career has really kicked off during this last two years and I'm sure that we are going to be hearing a lot more of her in the future.
